Refund policy

Mode & Time period of return, Mode of Payment refund

Exchange Policy: Once the pieces are sold, they can be exchanged in a bigger or smaller size (in case there is a sizing issue). The Customer will be issued a credit coupon in case the item is not available in the desired size.

In the case where a damaged item is received, the customer is required to write a mail to thakurbaitextiles@gmail.com along with the pictures of the damaged item within 2 working days or 48 working hours of d[elivery to request an exchange.

Once acknowledged by our team, the customer can return the item. Please do not forget to take the acknowledgement receipt from the courier company for your package as Thakurbai would not be responsible for any lost shipments.

Note: The return shipment has to be made by the customer itself.

Policy terms:
  • Exchange can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
  • Size exchange is available.
  • The cost of shipping and courier charges of return shipments are to be borne by the customer only.

Returns Policy (Conditions Applied*): We at Thakurbai do not provide returns on any product once sold.

Cancellation Policy: Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order. Write to us at thakurbaitextiles@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
